Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free delivery across most metro areas in Australia. Regional or remote areas may have a small delivery fee depending on the location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking info once it’s on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we can’t modify it, but you can still return it under the 101-night trial.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently, Lazzie mattresses are available only within Australia. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding internationally soon!
SLEEP TRIAL & RETURNS
How long is the sleep trial?
You can try your Lazzie mattress at home for 100 nights. If it’s not your perfect fit, you can return it for a full refund — no stress, no hidden fees.
How does the return process work?
Simply contact our support team within your 101-night trial period. We’ll arrange a convenient pickup and process your full refund once your mattress is returned.
Can I exchange for a different size or model?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different model or size, you can return your current mattress for a full refund and place a new order.
How long does it take to adjust to a new mattress?
It can take 2–3 weeks for your body to fully adjust. That’s totally normal — give your mattress a little time, and you’ll soon feel the Lazzie comfort difference.

How is the mattress packaged?
All Lazzie mattresses are vacuum-compressed and rolled into a compact box. It’s easy to carry, fits through doorways, and expands to full size within hours after unboxing.
How do I set up my new mattress?
Place it on your bed base, carefully cut the plastic, and let it expand. It will reach its full shape in about 24 hours — no tools or assembly needed!
What kind of base do I need?
Lazzie works perfectly on most flat, supportive bases — including slatted frames, box foundations, and adjustable beds. Just make sure the surface is even and stable.
How do I clean my mattress?
Use a mattress protector to keep it fresh. For small spills, spot clean gently with mild detergent and water. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals.
Should I flip or rotate my mattress?
Lazzie mattresses are single-sided, so you don’t need to flip them — just rotate 180° every 3–6 months to even out natural wear.
Will my Lazzie mattress make me hot?
No worries — our mattresses use breathable foam layers and airflow channels to help regulate temperature for cooler, more comfortable sleep.

How long is the warranty?
Every Lazzie mattress comes with a 10-year warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Sleep easy knowing we’ve got your back for the long run.
What if my mattress has a defect?
If you notice any manufacturing issues or sagging beyond normal wear, contact us with photos and details — we’ll repair, replace, or refund according to the warranty terms.
