Warranty For 10-Year

10-Year Limited Warranty

At Lazzie, we are committed to providing a comfortable and reliable sleep experience. We offer the original purchaser a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all mattresses purchased through authorised Lazzie sales channels.

This warranty applies only to Lazzie mattresses purchased in Australia and continuously used within Australia. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What This Warranty Covers

Under normal residential use, if a mattress is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Lazzie may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the defective component;
  • Replace the mattress with the same model or a product of comparable value.

All warranty remedies are determined solely by Lazzie.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only when:

  • The mattress is used for normal residential purposes;
  • The mattress remains within Australia during its use;
  • The mattress is properly used and maintained;
  • The mattress is supported by a suitable and structurally sound bed base or foundation.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal softening of foam or comfort layers;
  • Changes in comfort preference over time;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Permanent body impressions measuring less than 30mm when no weight is applied;
  • Damage caused by stains, liquid penetration, moisture, mould, or pets;
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper care;
  • Damage resulting from an unsuitable bed frame or support system;
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, transportation, or other external factors;
  • Product dimensions that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances;
  • Mattresses used in commercial environments, including hotels, short-term rentals, guest accommodation, dormitories, or similar settings.

A permanent body impression exceeding 30mm, when measured without weight on the mattress and determined by Lazzie to result from a manufacturing or material defect, may qualify for warranty coverage.

Mattress Handles

Mattress handles are designed solely for positioning and adjusting the mattress.

Damage caused by lifting, carrying, dragging, folding, bending, pulling, or otherwise misusing the handles is not covered under this warranty.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your mattress and all components carefully upon delivery.

Any physical damage, defect, or missing component present at the time of delivery must be reported to Lazzie within three (3) days of receipt.

Physical damage reported after the initial three-day period will not be considered a manufacturing defect and may be subject to repair, replacement, or transportation charges.
