Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free delivery across most metropolitan areas within Sydney, making it easier than ever to enjoy better sleep without additional shipping costs.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may leave your mattress in a safe location. If you have a preferred drop-off spot, simply let us know when placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my mattress if I change my mind?
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns, exchange or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including orders where the incorrect size or model was selected. We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications before placing an order.
What if my mattress arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your mattress arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How long does it take to adjust to a new mattress?
It’s normal for your body to take time to adapt to a new mattress. Most people adjust within 1-2 weeks as their body becomes accustomed to the new level of support and comfort. We recommend giving your mattress time to settle in so you can experience its full benefits.
