How do returns work with the 101-night sleep trial?
If you are not satisfied with your Lazzie mattress, you can return it within 101 nights. We’ll schedule the mattress return and donate it to a charity so it doesn’t go to waste. We’ll even provide a full refund of the purchase price. For more information, read our return policy.

Do you pay return shipping?
Lazzie Return Policy Terms
- You must utilize the mattress trial for a minimum of 14 nights before you start your mattress return process. We recommend sleeping on a Lazzie for at least 30 nights to allow your body to get used to the luxurious comfort of our mattresses.
- The Lazzie return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Lazzie no later than the 101st day following delivery.
- Lazzie’s 101-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Lazzie products which were purchased directly from the website at Lazzie.com.
