How the Accessory Trial Works
Our 101-night sleep trial extends beyond mattresses to every luxury accessory in the Puffy store.
Take your time getting to know our bedding, bed frames, bedroom furniture, and more. In the unlikely event an accessory doesn't work for
you, you can return it for free within 101 nights.
Puffy Return Policy Terms
- You must utilize the mattress trial for a minimum of 14 nights before you start your mattress return process. We recommend sleeping on a Puffy for at least 30 nights to allow your body to get used to the luxurious comfort of our mattresses.
- The Lazzie return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Lazzie no later than the 101st day following delivery.
- Lazzie’s 101-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Lazzie products which were purchased directly from the website at Lazzie.com.
