Part 1: Mattress Warranty

Products Covered: LAZZIE Mattresses (main series)

Warranty Period: 10-year limited warranty

Sleep Trial:

101-night sleep trial from the date of delivery. If the mattress does not meet your comfort or support needs, you may request a return or exchange.

This trial does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

What’s Covered:

LAZZIE warrants that your mattress will be free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use for the duration of the warranty. This includes:

Permanent sagging or spring failure beyond normal usage, not caused by misuse.

LAZZIE may repair or replace the mattress with the same model or an equivalent product if the original model is discontinued.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, minor impressions, or comfort preference changes.

Misuse, abuse, modifications, accidents, fire, liquid damage, pests, improper bed frames or foundations, or use not recommended by LAZZIE.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand.

Improper cleaning, storage in damp or extreme conditions, exposure to strong sunlight or heat.

User Responsibilities:

Mattresses must be placed on a sturdy, properly supported bed frame. Slat spacing or foundation requirements must follow LAZZIE recommendations.

Keep the mattress in a dry, well-ventilated environment; do not place directly on the floor.

Keep your proof of purchase (order number, date, model, size).

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Contact LAZZIE via lazzie.com.au customer service or email [insert email] with your order number, name, product model/size, and purchase date.

Provide a description of the defect and photos or videos.

LAZZIE will respond within 10 business days and may request further information or inspection.

If the claim is valid, LAZZIE will repair or replace the mattress.

Part 2: Pillow Warranty

Products Covered: LAZZIE Pillow

Warranty Period: 1-year limited warranty

Warranty Coverage:

This limited warranty begins on the date you purchase a new LAZZIE pillow and lasts for 1 year. LAZZIE guarantees that under normal use, the pillow will be free from material and manufacturing defects during this period.

Remedy:

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, LAZZIE,s sole responsibility and your exclusive remedy is, at LAZZIE,s discretion, to replace the pillow.

The replacement pillow will be the same model as the original purchase. If the original model is discontinued, LAZZIE may replace it with a structurally and functionally similar pillow.

There is no charge for repair or replacement of a pillow covered under this warranty.

Conditions for Warranty:

You must return the pillow along with proof of purchase to LAZZIE.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (including washing or regular use).

Misuse, abuse, or failure to maintain the pillow in a clean, hygienic condition.

Damage from pets, spills, stains, or external factors outside normal intended use.

General Terms:

LAZZIE reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy. Keep a copy of this page and your proof of purchase for future reference.

This warranty does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
