Is There an Adjustment Period With a Lazzie Mattress?
We recommend giving your body at least 14 nights to adjust to Lazzie superior support and comfort, but a full 30 nights allows you to experience the full benefits. If you’re still not convinced, return your mattress for a full refund as part of our 101-night sleep trial.
Lazzie Return Policy Terms
- *You must try your Lazzie mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before we can process a refund.
- The Lazzie mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household.
- Returns must be exercised directly with Lazzie no later than the 101st day following delivery.
- Returning free accessories included with mattress purchases are not required.
- We can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. Contact support@Lazzie .com for a return shipping label.
